Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council
SW RTC is a three-county RTPO covering all of Clark, Skamania, and Klickitat counties. Clark County is also part of the bi-state Portland-Vancouver federal metropolitan planning area, represented by RTC. RTC is located within the Southwest Region of WSDOT.
