Puget Sound Regional Council
PSRC is a four-county RTPO and MPO covering all of King, Kitsap, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. Because its population exceeds 200,000, this MPO is classified as a Transportation Management Area, which entails some additional metropolitan planning responsibilities and authorities. This is the same boundary for the state RTPO planning area. PSRC is located within the Northwest Region of WSDOT.
